As a DONA-trained birth doula and certified newborn care specialist, I bring both professional expertise and heartfelt compassion to my work with growing families.

My approach combines evidence-based information with intuitive support, honoring the unique journey of each family I serve. I believe that with the right support, the transition to parenthood can be not just manageable, but truly empowering.

In addition to my birth and newborn care training, I have completed a Development and Sleep course through the Infant Development & Sleep Academy. This specialized training includes newborn routines, digestive challenges, minimizing crying, and gentle, developmentally appropriate sleep solutions for babies and toddlers. This allows me to support families not only during birth, but also through the early months and years with practical, responsive, and compassionate guidance.
